Here’s What’s in it for You!

On this site you will find travel tips, recipes, meal planning guides, information about gluten free dining groups, shopping tips, and real life updates from me, Carrie Wilbur, a working mom with Celiac disease and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.

I will provide you with a deep insight into gluten intolerance and Celiac disease.  Additionally I will teach you how to manage this disease without making yourself crazy in the process.  Whether you are only sensitive to gluten or if you have multiple food allergies like myself, you will find loads of information on this site that will make your life much easier.

I am going to provide you with information about the many other conditions that often come along with Celiac disease and gluten intolerance such as hypoglycemia, leaky gut, hypothyroidism, skin conditions, depression, and so much more.  I will even discuss my personal journey with many of these ailments and what I have done to take back my life.

Please visit my forum to post questions, comments and concerns for other visitors to this site to read and respond to.  Here you will find a network of other Celiac patients who are seeking a simpler life much like yourself, and you may make a friend or two in the process.

Take a minute to subscribe to my free newsletter and get tons of other free stuff instantly just for joining!

As this site grows, it will be packed full of delicious recipes, meal plans, tips for cravings, substitutions for forbidden foods, and lists of restaurants with gluten free menus.  I am also going to provide you with free workouts that you can do at home or at the gym since we all know how important exercise is, no matter what your diet limitations might be.
